Photography Only
$150 - The Photography Only Package will include at least 20 images depending on the size of the property. This is our most basic package. (anything over 3000 sq. ft. will have an additional $25 charge per 1000 ft.)
Photo + Drone
$175 - Photo + Drone will include at a minimum 20 images depending on the size of the property along with at least 6 Drone Photos. (anything over 3000 sq. ft. will have an additional $25 charge per 1000 ft.)
Video Only
$250 - With the Video Only Package you will receive an inside and out walkthrough of the property Branded and Non Branded in order to comply with MLS Rules. Vertical video available for an additional $50 for social media. (anything over 3000 sq. ft. will have an additional $25 charge per 1000 ft.)
Full Package
$400 - The Full Package will include everything! Photo + Drone + Video Walkthrough Horizontal (Not Branded) & Vertical (Branded). Discounted $75 for selecting everything. (Additional pricing for add ons and everything above 3,000 sq.ft.)
Floor Plan
$50 - Adding a floor plan saves you from having to measure the entire home to get your room measurements and also allows your Sellers and Buyers to have a perspective on how the home lays out. (Please select the base package you would like and in the space provided labeled Add Ons please note you would like a Floor Plan)
Matterport (Coming Soon)
Using a Matterport 3D scan provides buyers with a virtual walkthrough being able to see exactly how the inside looks and how rooms are oriented. For sellers it shows that you are going the distance to provide potential buyers with all the tools they need!
Social Media Package
$250 - If you are looking for a way to promote yourself through Social Media this is the package for you! What you get - 1 Hour Session with 3-4 Short Form 15 Videos. One 1:00-1:30 long form video. In the location of your choice, mileage and multiple locations could add extra charge (See add ons below).
Head Shots
$175 - Is it time to upgrade your head shots? Take the time with me to update and improve your look! Up to a 1 hour session of nothing but shots of you!

Anything above 3000 sq. ft. there will be a $25 additional charge to your package. For instance if you choose the Photography + Drone package which is $175. If the house is 3,001- 4,000 sq. ft. the price would be $200. If the house is 4,001-5,000 sq. ft. the price would be $225….
